We wanted to get away from the basic voice-over with a bunch of B-Roll scenarios and try to get a little bit of a participant’s story into a short time frame. We shot visuals that would bring the viewer to the location while stitching audio in over top to tell a story.
This promo was the first visual to come out of a re-brand of the event and set a visual standard for other Society videos moving forward. And just before you assume we lugged all our gear up the 2380 steps on the trail, we should mention that here is also a gondola on the mountain! Hooray for easy!
