Let’s put it this way; do you know what time it is in Qatar? We do.
When Qatar Energy asked us to shoot the fun they planned in their booth at the LNG2023 conference in Vancouver, our pre-production meetings suddenly started happening in the middle of the night, never on a Friday, and often on a Sunday. And we were meeting with people in Qatar, UAE and The Netherlands from our locations in North Vancouver and the end of a dock in Ganges, Salt Spring Island.
Sound complicated? Not really.
Sound fun? Yep!
The solution to the timeline ended up with us running a night shift editing crew to get approvals from all over the globe so there would be social media posts really to roll in Qatar the day before we shot them. Or maybe it was the day after.
At any rate, it worked! And everyone was happy in all the places at whatever time it was.
