We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Rentals Manager to lead our Rentals Department in managing our extensive inventory of audio-visual equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Rentals Department that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of rental coordinators, technicians, and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Inventory Management
  • Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and tracking of all audio-visual equipment in the rental inventory.
  • Ensure the availability and condition of equipment meet customer demands and industry standards.
Client Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their audio-visual needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the rental process.
Quality Assurance
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition and meets industry standards.
  • Implement best practices for equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
Market Research
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive innovation and stay competitive.
Compliance and Safety
