Dementia Canada asked us to produce a series of four videos to help demonstrate some accessibility skills to people in public workplaces who may deal with dementia patients from time to time.
In response to his upset client, our librarian Jackson explains to us that he will acknowledge her situation and accept, not correct, moving the process along in a calm and understanding manner.
We used real actors, background actors, and people living with dementia in these scenes.
We are happy to report the videos were a huge success across Canada.
Yay for teamwork!
